That installer is an independent business and acts as a separate data controller for the information once it is passed to them; their own privacy policy will apply to how they use it. We may receive a fee from the installer for introducing you. This does not add any cost to you and does not change the information we share.

We do not sell your personal information to unrelated third parties for their own marketing.
We keep your enquiry information only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes set out in this policy, including matching you with an installer and any follow-up, and to meet our legal obligations. When it is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymise it.
